Hair care products are stocked up on a regular basis.
If a hair care product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. We will send you a notifications when they are back in stock!
Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.
We accept all returns made within a 14-day period from delivery. All returns postmarked within 10 days of delivery will receive full refund and free shipping. All returns postmarked 11-14 days will have a $7 shipping fee deducted from their refund. In order to receive your refund, all items must be in new condition, unworn, with tags still attached. Any returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you.
Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs after 10 days from delivery.
Any returns must be packaged with your order number.
Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.
